Meet Your Doula

Hi there!

I'm a birth (DONA trained) & postpartum (WCPS trained) doula, placenta encapsulation specialist, and maternity/birth/newborn photographer (B + B Family Photography). I recently came into this area of expertise after experiencing the birth of my first daughter, Hattie Jean.

Pregnancy, birth, and postpartum are a special time that should be filled with excitement, joy, rest, peace, and confidence in what you're experiencing. However, more often than not these special times can be clouded by feelings of anxiousness, fear,  and doubt... but your birth can and should be different.

There is an overwhelming amount of information to process and decisions to be made which is why I'm here to provide unbiased, evidence-based support for not only you, but you're family during this time of change. It's a beautiful thing to see families grow and life start over in a brand new way and each of you should look back with love for this experience.

When I'm not doing birthy things you can find me enjoying family time, exploring the outdoors, drinking coffee, loving on my doggos, and finding community with friends.
